September 25 @ 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Fungi come in an incredible variety of different sizes, shapes,
and colours. One of the best places to find them is in an old
growth forest and Mark S. Burnham Provincial Park is no
exception. Rachel Baehr is back to share her knowledge with us.
We will also consider some of the features of the park that show that it is in fact an old growth forest. Bring your binoculars, camera, and dress for the weather of the day. Members wishing to participate should register with Sue Paradisis at [email protected] after September 6 and more details will be provided. Accessibility: moderate
